Great place to visit wild bird show amazingPosted on Lewis the raptor /reaperTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I visited this place with my two boys 11 and 14, we had a great day, it was very educational and watching around 50 birds in free flight including vultures and parrots was amazing to see. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.Posted on Denise MoretonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovely place to visit, great for children and adults alike. The shows were great and the Bird Show was absolutely spectacular, never have seen a wild bird display like it.Posted on Stephanie PiperTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely fantastic! The zoo itself is not huge(this is great for little legs) but has a wide range of animals and a lot of interactions. The bird show itself is amazing and by far the best one ive ever seen. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind and answer any questions you have. We have had a brilliant day and can't wait to come back with the whole family.Posted on Hannah ShorthouseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went today and it is a great little zoo. Able to get up close with animals. Also watched the bird show which Ben was great at. Educational and funny. Will definitely be backPosted on Katie BanksTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Today was our second visit, unfortunately a cheeky bird on the first visit wouldn’t come back home so they had to end the bird show to get it back safely and we were given a free return due to this happening.. this didn’t hinder the first visit at all as the zoo is just so lovely. But we finally returned so we could see the bird show and WOW it’s just honestly so amazing. You can tell the staff are so passionate about what they do and are proud of this show especially. We also left feeling the birds and all animals are so happy in their environment! My 16 month old thoroughly enjoyed herself & im sure as she grows we will be back to visit again.Posted on LeeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We visited on Sunday the 2nd Nov and were blessed with good weather. Its generally an outdoor experience, so that needs to be taken into account. The place itself is a little 'tired', but it must cost a fortune to keep these places running. That didnt detract from the overall experience for me, my partner and two young grand kids. Shows are interactive, informative and emotional if you listen to whats being said. The 80 bird outdoor release is excellent. All the animals appear well cared for, so l suspect thats where most of the money goes. Wild also runs breeding programmes, so another positive. There was a donation box, which ld normally not bother with as l give online etc. However, on this occassion l could at least see where some of the money was going so l gave generously and would encourage you to do the same.Posted on Nathan WoollastonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Well worth a visit.Posted on JamesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent day out. All the staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable. You can tell all the animals are well cared for and the different shows are all very informative and fun. Bird show is incredible and worth the entrance fee alone. Take a packed lunch and enjoy and lovely family day out.
