Booking & Cancellation Policy
- General Information
- All tickets, experiences, and event bookings must be made in advance through our official website or at the park’s reception, subject to availability.
- Entry to WILD Zoological Park is only permitted with a valid ticket or booking confirmation.
- By making a booking, guests agree to comply with the park’s rules and regulations.
- Ticket and Experience Bookings
- Tickets and experiences are non-refundable unless WILD Zoological Park cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the booked date.
- Discounted and promotional tickets may have specific terms and conditions that apply.
- Group and Educational Visits
- Group visits (10+ guests) and educational trips must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
- A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with full payment due prior to or on the day of the visit.
- Changes to group numbers must be communicated at least 72 hours before the visit.
- Private Experiences and Animal Encounters
- Animal encounters and private experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Participants must meet any age, height, or health restrictions outlined in the experience description.
- Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of the experience without refund.
- Cancellations and Amendments
- If WILD Zoological Park needs to cancel a booking due to severe weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.
- Guests must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling a booking; changes are subject to availability.
- Refunds are not available for no-shows or late arrivals.
- Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers for experiences and admissions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of WILD Zoological Park.
- Special Events and Seasonal Bookings
- Special events may have unique booking terms, including non-refundable deposits and specific rescheduling policies.
- Guests are encouraged to check event-specific terms before purchasing tickets.
- Accessibility and Special Requirements
