Hi, I’m Baloo the Palawan binturong. I am a very rare species and one of the only Palawan Binturongs in the UK.I am awaiting my girlfriend to join me as part of the endangered species breeding programme but at the moment I am very much enjoying my life hanging up in the tallest trees here at WILD. I am also known as a bearcat or a popcorn bear because my natural smell is buttered popcorn. I am one of only two carnivores in the world with a prehensile tail which means I can use it to hold on and climb with!
