Let us know how many are in your group attending the grotto. Please ensure you’ve also purchased your tickets. Children seeing Santa need a specific Santa ticket. Accompanying guests need standard admission tickets . Please arrive at the time your Santa tickets say. That is your arrival to the park time (NOT THE SPECIFIC TIME YOULL HE SEEING SANTA) but the time you should arrive at reception. Festival in flight bird show happens twice per day for both our morning visitors and afternoon visitors. An elf will find you when it’s your turn to meet the big man!
