Terms of Zoo Entry

It is a condition of entry that the Wild Zoological Park Terms and Conditions of Entry have been understood, accepted and are adhered to – failure to do so may result in non-admission or ejection from the Park.

Entry prices are in accordance with those displayed at the point of entry and will be charged per person.

At all times please ensure that you obey the safety regulations and signage displayed throughout the Park.

Wild Zoological Park excludes to the maximum permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to person/property in or around the Park.

Once you have paid to enter Wild Zoological Park refunds will not be considered.

Wild Zoological Park reserves the right to amend and/or alter the conditions of issue associated with entrance to the Park without any prior notification.

It must be understood that for operational, technical, weather related or other reasons beyond our control, any attraction / exhibit may have to be closed, removed, altered in type or otherwise be unavailable at any time, without prior notice.

If at any time a guest’s standard of behaviour falls below that expected by the Park, the individual may be asked to leave the Park and no refunds will be considered concerning any purchase that may have been made; whilst not an exhaustive list this would include admission charge and V.I.P Experiences.  Wild Zoological Park will not under any circumstances tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour towards any member of staff or fellow guest.

Please note that all of the buildings within the Park are designated as non-smoking; this is for the comfort and safety of all our guests and animals.  Please ensure compliance at all times.

On certain days the Park may need to close early for an evening event.  Information to this effect will be displayed at the entrance.  Once you have paid to enter the Park on any such day, no refund will be considered.

No dogs or pets are allowed within the site except assistance dogs. They are however not permitted in animal contact areas.

Wild Zoological Parks decision on all matters relating to admission to the Park and/or to these conditions shall be final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.

If you have submitted your data you may from time to time receive marketing emails, texts or direct mail enabling you to keep up to date with offers and events run by Wild Zoological Park and its associated companies. Booking Tickets Online

Every effort is made to maintain your confidentiality when securing an online payment. This includes the confidentiality of your card details and other personal information.

The information contained our website and booking system is believed to be correct. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend any part of it if such alterations are thought necessary. In particular, we reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice provided that such changes are notified to you before you book your visit.

Booking tickets online is an ideal way to save money on admission or special events. Please note the following constraints for the purchase of online tickets. By purchasing online tickets you will be required to understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

A short time after your order has been processed, you will receive a link via email allowing you to download your ticket. This ticket must be printed and brought with you on the day of your visit. Tickets shown on mobiles and other portable devices cannot be accepted. To ensure you receive your downloadable ticket in time, we strongly recommend ordering your tickets at least 24 hours before you plan to visit. We will not be responsible for tickets not arriving on time if they are ordered less than 24 hours in advance.

All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion, are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Open-dated tickets can be used on any open day during the season which they are purchased for. Date specific admission tickets or event tickets are only valid for the date shown. Full details of validity will be shown on the ticket. If you do not use your ticket within the valid period, we are unable to offer any refund or compensation.

Concession tickets must show valid ID on the day of the visit. Disabled tickets must show a Blue Badge on the day of visit, this will permit the use of the disabled ticket (concession), and allow a concessionary ticket rate for a carer to accompany the person on the day. Student tickets must have a valid Student ID on arrival.

Annual Passes

​

Annual passes purchased at WILD zoological park are valid for 12 months unlimited entry to the park. Opening times apply. Exclusion dates apply. No entry on Christmas day. Entry can be denied by Wild Zoological Park if the park feels necessary. 

Secondary attractions at Wild Zoological Park including, but not limited to, V.I.P Experiences will be subject to additional charges. This pass does not entitle you entry for special events. Additional charges may apply. See the individual events page for details on its annual pass conditions.

The annual pass entitles the owner to a 10% discount on V.I.P Experiences. This offer is not to be used with any other offer. The 10% offer will be applied only to the experience to the named pass holder(s).

Annual passes are to be used by the named person only. Attempted use by another person will be deemed as misuse. Misuse, regardless of reason will result in the pass being revoked without return. Annual passes cannot be refunded or transferred. Lost annual passes cannot be replaced.

Wild Zoological Park, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to vary the opening and closing dates of the Attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the exhibits, events or facilities within the park for any reason including, but not limited to, technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Annual Pass will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of the attraction becomes unavailable or if any or part of any of the attraction is closed or removed from the annual pass scheme.

EXHIBIT RULES

Walk-Through Exhibit Rules ( Amazon House, Lemur Trail, Bush-Trekker-Trail )

Please stay on the marked path, if for any reason you need to retrieve an item that may have fallen off the path, contact a member of staff. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or guardian (18+) within the exhibit at all times. Please do not touch, pick up, feed or restrain the animals, they may bite and could become sick. Please do not run / chase or act aggressively within the exhibit. We want to provide a calm environment for our animals. Food and drink is not prohibited within the exhibit. Please do not feed the animals and please ensure any litter is disposed of in the bins provided. Please close the gates behind you. If an animal is within the double gated area please alert a member of staff immediately.

Reptiles Unleashed Exhibit Rules:

​

This is a dark confined attraction that includes some SFX surprise scares. Those who suffer from claustrophobia or easily scare should not enter. Please do not tap, knock or shake the glass of the exhibits. Please do not touch, pick up, feed or restrain the animals, they may bite and could become sick. Please do not run / chase or act aggressively within the exhibit. We want to provide a calm environment for our animals. Food and drink is not prohibited within the exhibit. Please do not feed the animals and please ensure any litter is disposed of in the bins provided. This attraction consists of narrow corridors to simulate a storage facility. Some wheeled vehicles / pushchairs may not be permitted inside.

Loyalty Cards 

​

Cards are issued upon an individual's first time of entry. A maximum number of 2 cards will be handed to a group.  An individual cannot own more than 1 card at any given time. It cannot be replaced if lost and stamps cannot be reissued. You cannot combine stamps from multiple cards. Cards must be shown and given to the ticketing explorer guide on arrival. A maximum of 2 cards will receive a stamp per visit. Perks may change at any time. Once the card has 4 stamps and has been used it will be surrendered to the WILD explorer guide. You can then start another card. Cards MUST be shown when any discount / purchase is applied. More conditions may apply. Valid only at WILD Zoological Park. Card scheme may be ended at any time. This card does not entitle you entry to WILD Zoological Park.

This offer is not valid for annual pass holder's only guests who pay on the day.
